Webwise – The Respect Effect – Teaching Resources

This resource is to be used a part of a whole education approach to prevent bullying. By delivering this lesson, teachers are embedding anti-bullying education within the SPHE curriculum for Junior Cycle students.

The lessons aim to empower students to recognise and take action against online bullying. It aims to foster empathy, respect and resilience and to help young people understand the consequences of their actions and the impact of cyberbullying.

The activities aim to develop students’ social and emotional literacy in the online environments and to promote critical thinking and responsible digital citizenship.
