B. Processing of data collected through the online platform

The data that DISRUPTIA may collect through the use and navigation of this online platform, through forms or via email, is personal data. When filling in the registration form on our platform, there are a number of mandatory fields (first name, surname, country, email), which are marked with an asterisk (*). If these fields are not filled in, the purposes described for the platform cannot be fulfilled. On some occasions, we inform you that you must provide certain personal data (e.g. Country, Email), whose fields are marked with the symbol *. If these fields are not filled in, the purposes described on the platform cannot be fulfilled. On some occasions, we inform you that by simply using and browsing our platform, DISRUPTIA will store data relating to:
  • IP address
  • Browser version
  • Operating system
  • Duration of visit or browsing on the platform
Such information may be stored by Google Analytics, for which we refer you to Google’s Privacy Policy, as Google collects and processes such information.
DISRUPTIA reserves the right to modify or adapt this Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, we recommend that you review it each time you access the online platform.

    a. Purpose: To respond to your request for information.
    b. Legitimacy: The consent given by you when you send us the request via email.
    c. Recipients: No data will be transferred to third parties, except when it is lawful in accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations.
 
2. Platform user registration form.
    a. Purposes and legitimacy:
        • To manage your user registration on the online platform.
        • To provide you with information about your user registration.
        • We therefore inform you that you may receive communications via email to inform you of the status of your registration and of any incidents and/or errors.

    a. Purpose: To respond to user requests regarding data protection.

C. Retention periods

Processing of data collected through the platform by means of user registration: your personal data will be retained until you cancel your user account. After the user account is cancelled, the data will remain blocked in our databases, but will be retained until any possible legal liabilities expire.

D. International data transfers.

DISRUPTIA does not plan to carry out international data transfers. If necessary, they will only be carried out to entities authorised under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework [Adequacy decision EU-US Data Privacy Framework), more information: www.dataprivacyframework.gov], to entities that have demonstrated that they comply with the level of protection and guarantees in accordance with the parameters and requirements set out in current data protection regulations, such as the European Regulation, or when there is legal authorisation to carry out the international transfer, such as the consent of the data subject. In any case, the relevant information will be provided to the data subject.

E. What are your rights in relation to data processing?

As the data subject, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your data is being processed, to access your personal data, to request the rectification of any inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or you, as the data subject, withdraw your consent. DISRUPTIA will process and store your data in accordance with current regulations, without prejudice to your right as the data subject to request the restriction of the processing of your data in any case. In certain cases, you may exercise your right to data portability, whereby your data will be delivered in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format to you or to the new data controller you designate.
