Portugal INCoDe.2030 for the promotion of digital skills
The “National Digital Skills Initiative e.2030, Portugal INCoDe.2030” is an integrated public policy initiative launched in 2017 which aims to promote digital skills to achieve major national goals of having the Portuguese population increasingly having the necessary and adequate qualifications to succeed in the digital transition. This implies a strong digital commitment of the country with education, inclusion, digital literacy, information literacy and the promotion of development of the digital skills necessary for the full exercise of citizenship. Through the INCoDE.2030 the Portuguese Government finances several public organisms to create and implement local, regional and national initiatives that address digital literacy and Internet safety.
